Yoga in White - June 21st
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, we offer you a Yoga session in white in the gardens.
What is International Yoga day ?
Yoga is practiced in various forms around the world, and its continuation continues to grow.
Recognizing its universal display, the General Assembly of the United Nations proclaimed on December 11, 2014, by resolution 69/131, June 21, International Yoga Day.
International Yoga Day aims to raise awareness around the world of the many benefits of yoga. It also encountered the emphasis on the positive effects of the practice of yoga, which brings our body and mind the balance they need. This approach to our health and well-being can also have wider effects on the world around us, on our loved ones, on our lifestyles and, finally, on our sustainable and harmonious development with nature.
